User:RadioKAOS/Sandbox/Bios/Alaska Native Legislators

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Alaska Native members of the Alaska Legislature, in case anyone is hot to trot to create any of these articles before I ever get around to it. This covers the state legislature only; there were a handful of Natives who served in the territorial legislature. Those who served in both legislatures are noted. I listed their ethnicity and home community, if known

Table 2012-06-28

[edit]

I agree that the Statehood list should be completed before any Territorial list is begun. All the data needed (except each person's exact Native affiliation) is readily sourceable from the Alaska State Legislature website (see [1]), but I suppose each legislator's affiliation will still need a source. IMHO, I think the following table format may be more useful than a simple list (especially as a section at List of Native American politicians).--→gab 24dot grab← 17:38, 28 June 2012 (UTC)

The table below uses Template:United States political party shading key. I know that the external links to portrait images likely cannot remain in the actual article, but felt it would be useful here in this Sandbox.--→gab 24dot grab← 17:38, 28 June 2012 (UTC)
