Articles

[edit]

Here are the articles so far. They are categorized into protected and rejected (pending review ones would not be archived).

Protected during July 2009

[edit]
  1. Arthur Kade (edit | talk | history | protect | delete | links | watch | logs | views) - I don't really understand why this guy even has an article, but it survived an AFD, so what do I know? Unsurprisingly, it attracts lots of nasty stuff, here's one that was up for over an hour and one for two hours. SheepNotGoats (Talk) 12:28, 2 July 2009 (UTC)
    Done - No previous protection (the recreation protection doesn't count). 3 months. ++Lar: t/c 22:39, 3 July 2009 (UTC)
  2. Fedor Emelianenko (edit | talk | history | protect | delete | links | watch | logs | views) - back-to-back vandalism lasting 80 minutes and 3 hours respectivly. --aktsu (t / c) 14:12, 2 July 2009 (UTC)
    Done - Was already move protected infinite, left that in place and edit semi added for 3 months. ++Lar: t/c 22:39, 3 July 2009 (UTC)
  3. Nathan Tabor (edit | talk | history | protect | delete | links | watch | logs | views) - This was up for 11 minutes today, and these for 14 minutes and 11 minutes last fall (plus plenty of briefer vandalism in between) SheepNotGoats (Talk) 19:26, 6 July 2009 (UTC)
    Done 3 months.--VS talk 22:18, 6 July 2009 (UTC)
  4. Carmelo Anthony (edit | talk | history | protect | delete | links | watch | logs | views) -- This was up for over eight hours! And a few days earlier, this was up for over two hours. Obviously, not enough people are watching this page. Zagalejo^^^ 17:23, 25 July 2009 (UTC)
    Done.--VS talk 11:30, 26 July 2009 (UTC)

Rejected during July 2009

[edit]
  1. OpEdNews (edit | talk | history | protect | delete | links | watch | logs | views). This was allowed to stick for over 13 days until I removed it today. It was added by IP users and apparently the page isn't watchlisted by anyone who knows this stuff must be removed. Although the article isn't a BLP the part removed by me was one long gross BLP violation and made up roughly 40-50 % of the actual content on the article. I hope I made this request the right way this time. Vyvyan Basterd (talk) 16:42, 8 July 2009 (UTC)
    Well meant report but given our premiss starts with this page is intended to capture a list of BLPs that are candidates for,... this request (not being a BLP itself) should probably go to WP:RFP. Others may disagree with me.--VS talk 12:16, 9 July 2009 (UTC)
    I concur with VS. Although BLP violations are added to all kinds of pages, this userproject was created to cover BLPs specifically. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Enigmaman (talkcontribs) 22:11, 12 July 2009
    I as well. Rejected. Please try WP:RFPP ++Lar: t/c 19:50, 13 July 2009 (UTC)
