Corporate Suites, is an office solutions company, which provide serviced offices, including temporary office space.[1], executive suites [2], virtual offices, and conference room solutions worldwide.

  • Midtown:
    • 641 Lexington Avenue (54th Street) office building, was constructed in 1964 by architect Emery Roth, and stands at 125 meters, with 32 floors[3].
    • 825 Third Avenue (50th Street) is a Manhattan office building, with many long term tenants, including Frank Caridi, who said "we've had a wonderful three decades at 825 Third Ave. and we're looking forward to another 16 years if not more," the owner of La Maganette [4].
    • 275 Madison Avenue (40th Street): this landmark office building was constructed in 1931 by Kenneth Franzheim, in a art deco style[5], which was an international design movement from 1925 to 1939[6]. The building is 47 floors high[7].
    • 1040 Avenue of the Americas (40th Street), is an office building overlooking Bryant Park, well known for its high profile resident, Maxim and The Week magazines. This building was sold in 2007 for $170 million to Orin Wilf’s Skyline Developers[8].
    • 1001 Avenue of the Americas (37th Street), is an office building designed by architects Buchman & Kahn, and construction was completed in 1926. The height of the building is 90 meters, and there are 23 floors[9].
  • Financial District, Downtown
    • 22 Cortlandt Street (Church Street), is an office building, with completed building in 1971 by Emery Roth[10], and is right across the street from the World Trade Center site.
