Pages for Tangerine Dream Albums

[edit]

As of 0:59 11 July 2015, the majority of the Tangerine Dream albums lack a Wikipedia page. I've added two today - Goblins' Club and Tournado. However, at the same time, I need assistance. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Yoshiman6464 (talkcontribs) 00:59, 11 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Zlatko Perica?

[edit]

I am curious what the guideline is for determining who was a past member versus guest musician. It seems strange to me that Bernhard and Iris are considered former members, but Zlatko is not. The only possible reason I can see is that Iris and Bernhard contributed ideas for Under Cover, but that really does not seem a good reason IMO. Linda I can sort of see, because she wrote Elf June and helped with Story of the Brave, but that was only during her Seattle Years stretch with the band, and not the Eastgate Years stretch. Linda and Zlatko have both appeared on promotional pictures of the band as though they were members of the band, and Zlatko has played with the band for many years, just like the other former members of the live band, but he also played on two proper studio albums. So my question is whether we should update to include him as a former member or if there is a definition to justify a conclusion that Iris and Bernhard were actually members but he was not. And while we're figuring that out, maybe we'll also figure out why Emil and Gerald are left out as well. MXVN (talk) 03:08, 8 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I'm mentioning the subject again before trying to make any adjustments and facing any arguments afterward. I'd rather have a sort of consensus now, if at all possible. Zlatko appeared in promotional pictures and played on Rockoon and Turn of the Tides. If he was not a member during that time, then I argue that neither was Linda except for Goblins' Club. If this list is to be used as a guide, Bernhard and Iris are here listed as "guests" and not members. This seems accurate to me, but the main article lists them all as members, but for some reason not Zlatko. It seems like somewhere along the line, someone (Michael, perhaps?) forgot to include him, and if this is the case we should correct the oversight. MXVN (talk) 06:20, 23 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
