Offset doesn't seem to work in reference line
[edit]The footnote generated by this template didn't seem to give the right information about the offset, unless it was 0. So I removed that part of the footnote. I couldn't figure out how to modify it to make it work. If someone else can do it, please do. Eric Kvaalen (talk) 12:59, 2 September 2014 (UTC)
