Lineus sanguineus

[edit]
  • ... that the banded nemertean, a ribbon worm, readily breaks into pieces, each of which is able to regenerate? Source: "You are strongly encouraged to quote the source text supporting each hook" (and [link] the source, or cite it briefly without using citation templates)
  • Reviewed: Pietà (Titian)
  • Comment: The source for the hook refers to Lineus vegetus which is a synonym of Lineus sanguineus

  • New and long enough, within policy guidelines including a clear copyvio, neutral etc. Hook is good for format and content, interesting worm facts covered fully by cites in the article. Thanks for the heads up regarding the synonyms which helps checking the books. The QPQ is done. All looks fine. Just before I green tick i'm going to suggest an alt1 because I thought the extra info is emphatic and eye catching, otherwise hook is fine.
  • ALT1... that the banded nemertean ribbon worm readily breaks into pieces, each of which can regenerate into a whole worm within 4 weeks? Mramoeba (talk) 15:49, 23 September 2017 (UTC)
Thanks for the review. I am happy with ALT1 and have struck the original hook. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 17:04, 23 September 2017 (UTC)
Great. Thanks for the interesting article. Ready to go. Mramoeba (talk) 17:19, 23 September 2017 (UTC)
  • @Mramoeba: since you added a new fact to the hook, you aren't allowed to approve it, per Rule H2. New reviewer needed for ALT1. Yoninah (talk) 23:42, 9 October 2017 (UTC)
  • Approving ALT1, which is interesting and checks out with appropriate inline citations. --Usernameunique (talk) 05:08, 11 October 2017 (UTC)
