Birth & Christening date conflict

The Christening date of 26 Mar 1841 is used in this and other articles on the subject. However, based on the data below, it is 3 years off. See below. I reviewed the 1841 British Census and it shows William as 2 months old supporting the March 1841 date.

Can you point us at the place you found the information as I cannot locate that film number or batch number at the Familysearch site for the IGI which is where I assume the infomation comes from. Keith D (talk) 16:52, 8 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I found the problem! The dates were for his brother Archibald Boyd Carpenter. This is resolved. Jrcrin001 (talk) 07:42, 14 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
