Moving page for minor name change

[edit]

Moving the page to a slightly different name, but since the change is ultimately only about minor details and shouldn't result in any confusion or controversy (based on similar page names already in this format), I'm just doing the move but explaining it here for any discussion if needed. Reasons: "Wikala" and "Wakala" appear to be almost interchangeable spellings in English but "Wikala" seems to be used a little more widely (e.g. at DiscoverIslamicArt, the Lonely Planet travel guide, and in the well-known Practical Guide to Islamic Monuments in Cairo). Also switching to a more English format of "[building type] of [builder's name]", this is again not strictly required at all times but especially for a lesser-known building I think it's better to use a name format that is easier to parse for English readers.
