Appeal dismissed

[edit]

Update is probably necessary, the dismissal of Vic’s lawsuit on TCPA grounds was upheld by the Texas Court of Appeals, and concluded that the trial court only erred in judgement with regards to attorney fees due to Rial and Toye on Thursday.

Gonna try and update the article myself, but I haven’t done this in a while and I’m about to leave for a cousin’s wedding. Hopefully this is the end of it, but I very much doubt it. GhostStalker(Got a present for ya! / Mission Log) 20:18, 20 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Final line of "Allegations of sexual harassment and legal issues" currently reads "The Supreme Court of Texas had listed the case as a "motion for a rehearing to be filed" on January 17, 2023."

The Texas Supreme Court website no longer shows the case as bending a motion for rehearing, the case is final and has been closed. Source: https://search.txcourts.gov/Case.aspx?cn=22-1016&coa=cossup

The 15-day period to request rehearing expired in January, and a final order was issued on February 2, 2023.  Question: The important bit about the Supreme Court's denial of Mignogna's petition for review is already stated in the prior paragraph. Since the "motion for a rehearing" didn't go anywhere, what if we just delete the entire sentence The Supreme Court of Texas...on July 17, 2023? I think your proposed edit is fine, but at the same time, I don't know if it's necessary to list every single procedural action per WP:NOTNEWS and WP:TMI. Thank you. I've just deleted the entire paragraph so this edit request doesn't remain open indefinitely. I think this resolves the issue without having to add additional procedural details that don't affect the ultimate outcome of the case (i.e., the Supreme Court dismissing his petition). However, if you disagree, please feel free to reopen this edit request and I'll undo my edit. Thank you, Aoi (青い) (talk) 02:01, 30 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

There're these two new dubs Vic Mignogna produced when he came back to voiceover and dubbing back in 2021.

Valmiro

[edit]

Vic voiced the character Valmiro in the video game "Dragon's Dogma" (2012), although this isn't in the list. 71.77.16.16 (talk) 16:30, 8 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
