Maybe I am reading in to the definition, but it seems to be slanted towards the witer's opinions. Microsoft? A better example would have been the movie studios in their heyday. They made the pictures, they had huge stables of contracted actors, producers and writers, they owned movie theaters in which they would only show their movies.

A complete mess

The whole article is atrociously written. There's hardly a sentence without a grammatical error. The ones with fewer errors are out of context. I can't make head or tails of it. Please rewrite this article as soon as possible. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 144.64.38.249 (talk) 23:55, 13 July 2015 (UTC)

The article is still poorly structured. It makes it difficult to expand because its tricky to slot new text in. I don't like the prominence given to the examples. Yes they should be outlined with some detail but it has to be balanced. I am not familiar enough with the subject to suggest a new heading structure however I feel that should be remedied as a priority. - Shiftchange (talk) 07:52, 17 January 2017 (UTC)

Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}} to keep me off the page altogether. I made the following changes:

When you have finished reviewing my changes, please set the checked parameter below to true or failed to let others know (documentation at {{Sourcecheck}}).
