Hi people.
The three edits of Special:Contributions/Avinashbandal are unambiguous copyright violations, copied straight from University Grants Commission's website.
The website is "Copyright © 2013 University Grants Commission New Delhi, India"
The edits were made in February 2014.
I have WP:REVDEL'd the blatant copyright violations by this user, but the article and its history still includes the text.
I'm following Wikipedia:Copyright violations. --Shirt58 (talk) 10:16, 5 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

NON STRICT REGULATIONS .

[edit]

Here every state have on rule and regulations to run higher education. But all depends on subject which ever they provide. UGC are regulatory body for find out those mistake. But it seems to be a little bit disappointed. While every state have different subjects for graduation. For example if you are doing B.com economic subjects are one of the most important for this courses but Bangalore university are not providing nor micro or macro. Lots of university gives important to finance subject. But there is no company or government sector who provide directly post for financial work. So, finance became no important. Even thou of we apply for SSC exam there is no option for finance subject. Rather than accountancy, taxation, economic etc. UGC Should guide all the university for the future of Indian student. No matter north, south, east, or northeast India the syllabus should be same it will make sense of Indian education. Malhotra Sony (talk) 17:17, 26 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

contempt of court by UGC

[edit]

This is a big matter of contempt of honourable Delhi high court order by UGC.The order was passed on 23/05/2018 regarding wp 5570 by Dr Amit Jain to restore his 10 journals with in two weeks. But UGC did not obey till now. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Amitreenujain (talkcontribs) 13:02, 6 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Frodulant certificate taken by Ismatullah wasi

[edit]

--

I feel ashamed that in India, there are many people who neither know how to read nor write, yet they forge certificates and degrees to secure high-level positions. These individuals have no knowledge of the work they are assigned to, and they can hardly read or write properly. In their entire life, they have never attended any school, intermediate college, or pursued a degree. However, they have purchased certificates from some universities.

One such person is Asmatullah Wasi, who bought a degree certificate from 2017 to 2020 from Shri Shankar Shukla University, as mentioned on his LinkedIn profile. He has never attended any school or college for studying, yet about four months ago, he bought a degree certificate. I reported this to UGC and the university from which he purchased the certificate. I also tweeted about it from my Twitter account, but no response was received, nor was any legal action taken against this individual.

Once again, I request UGC and PT. Ravi Shankar Shukla University to quickly conduct a background verification and take legal action against him. I would be very grateful for your prompt response.
