Article improvements

[edit]

I have gone through the article and converted the statistics to prose, removing some of the perhaps less useful information and have put the article into sections etc.. Has it achieved the required standard, or should more be done to improve the article? Mouchoir le Souris 23:38, 21 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I have removed the sentences "The Guardia Civil routinely search vehicles in the middle of the road, rather than directing suspect vehicles to a designated search area, thereby causing an obstruction to vehicles behind (in contrast to the checkpoint at the road crossing between Spain and Andorra)." From Dispute with Spain section due to this not being true. Cars are pulled to the side for searching to allow others through. There was also no citation for these comments. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 83.43.82.37 (talk) 22:47, 27 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

(Personal) problem with Both Worlds Turnaround

[edit]

Hi all! I searching for information about the exact place of Both World Turnaround. In Gibraltar Bus Company website I found a route desription, which says: "Both Worlds (Turnaround) – Both Worlds – Blackstrap Cove – Caleta Hotel – Catalan Bay – ..." that means for me the Turnaround must be between Both Way village and the tunnel. I found a small turnaround in Google/Bing satellite view near a motorcycle club on along Sir Herbert Miles Road (Google) / Dudley Wards Way (Bing), but I don't see it on Here map. By Google Street View there is a rebuilt area along the road, but no turnaround. On the other hand there is a parking lot between Both Worlds and Caleta Hotel with a bus stop (and a bus on all satellite views) near Black Strap Cove. So, my questions are: Where is the Both Worlds Turnaround (the Terminus of Route 4 and 8) exactly? Is the route description of bus company correct? Thank you for the information in advance! - Gaja (talk) 21:23, 14 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
