Updates to information about surgery and funding

Looks like the info there is outdated. It seems that we got a new surgeon in 2018, and that the ministry of health now funds 16 people per year.

Not sure how to edit this into the page well myself, hopefully someone can do it for me.

Gender markers

Watching this talk by Dr J Harrison, “The fine art of not fitting in: or why your team has never hired me”, they mention having changed their legal gender identity to “Transgressive Non-Binary GenderQueer”, but this article does not describe what gender markers and descriptions are available under Kiwi law.
