Thomas OarTommy Oar — per WP:COMMONNAME. Nearly always referred to press articles etc. as Tommy. Google search for Tommy Oar. --Mattinbgn (talk) 10:14, 26 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Can't imagine this being controversial: 17 of the 19 non-deadlink citations in the article use "Tommy" (although some of these are from repeated sources), the exceptions are database entries rather than prose, and one of them uses Tomas, which is clearly erroneous. I have been bitten before on these types of moves and see Talk:Patrick Rafter#Requested move for a recent example. -- Mattinbgn (talk)

Statistics

[edit]

- Statistics clearly incorrect. All football player statistics found easily on wyscout, transfermarkt and other statistical websites. View statistics by club Reference <https://www.transfermarkt.com/tommy-oar/leistungsdatenverein/spieler/80708> — Preceding unsigned comment added by 122.106.9.214 (talk) 05:24, 2 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]

As has been gone over on this page time and time again, the infobox only includes league appearances. Look at the note there reading * Senior club appearances and goals counted for the domestic league only. The "career statistics" section shows stats from all competitions.
