Split?
[edit]This article is now past 400k bytes and I am afraid that bugs might start appearing by the time we reach the anniversary (God forbid). Should this be split now? Borgenland (talk) 10:47, 28 August 2024 (UTC)
- I agree with splitting the article over the concern you brought up. I think that it should be split like how the Timeline of the Israel–Hamas war is split up, where notable events/offensives mark the start of a new timeline. Chomik! (talk?) 18:26, 28 August 2024 (UTC)
- Any ideas where to chop? Borgenland (talk) 01:47, 29 August 2024 (UTC)
- Israeli airstrike on the Iranian consulate in Damascus and Majdal Shams attack/Assassination of Fuad Shukr. Chomik! (talk?) 02:33, 29 August 2024 (UTC)
- I was also thinking of making the first split in the November ceasefire. Borgenland (talk) 05:55, 29 August 2024 (UTC)

- It's been a couple days and nobody has objected so I went ahead and split the page. Chomik! (talk?) 01:33, 4 September 2024 (UTC)
