Is this another example that might be more clear: Another example would be if you want to take a sample of houses in the United States you could sort them by zip code and then sample every Xth house from the list. I'm not sure who wrote this example first, the one about the 8 houses on a street of 120. this website: http://www.coventry.ac.uk/ec/~nhunt/meths/system.html uses almost the exact same language word for word without citing wikipedia. also there is no citation of the above listed page in wikipedia. who is plagiarizing who?
