Updating and Revision- suggestions requested

Seeking collaborative suggestions regarding review and potential revision of this article.

This article currently appears rather dated. Most content relates to the prior individual who was appointed as the first Surgeon General of California as well as their prior areas of focus while in office. That individual resigned in Feb 2022.

A new Surgeon General was appointed in Sep 2022 and currently remains in office two years later. Little is mentioned regarding the current Surgeon General. In addition, the Office apparently has revised the areas of focus over the years.

Second, in regards to structure, there is little information in the article regarding the role, duties, and basis for the Surgeon General of California. In contrast, the article on the role of Attorney General of California provides clear details on these features, which would be of value to most readers.
