its an events company formalize in 1995, it started as a concept just like any other idea. i see your point on it being a general term which would get hits without relation to the company, but then let me ask what would be the best way to call it? thank you

That isn't the issue actually, I said that as a help to others in the discussion, letting them know that most of the Google search returns were not related to the company. Please read WP:CORP for the criteria for inclusion here. All companies must pass this criteria or be subject to delete on Wikipedia.
