"Stuff.co.nz" or just "Stuff"

[edit]

I wonder whether the name of the site is really "Stuff". I know that the domain name of "Stuff.co.nz" is also used prominently, but the About Stuff page (for example) refers to it mostly as "Stuff", while also referring to "Stuff.co.nz" in some places. Updating information on Stuff

[edit]

I would like to update the information on this page to include audience data about the website and more recent awards information, but have a conflict of interest. This information highlights the significance of Stuff in the New Zealand media landscape context. Also, I would note that the website is called Stuff, not Stuff.co.nz, although that is the URL.

Stuff is the biggest media website in New Zealand, with a monthly unique audience of more than 2 million.

Stuff has won numerous awards at the Newspaper Publishers' Association awards (currently branded as the Voyager Media Awards) including Best News Website or App in 2019, 2014, 2011 and 2010, and Website of the Year in 2018 and 2013.

Internal references if needed:

@J9fenwick: For a start, I've moved the article (i.e. renamed it) to something more suitable. Internal (within WP) references are only useful for linking to those articles; Wikipedia cannot use itself as a reference. But maybe there are suitable references to be found within those articles. By the way, references don't have to be online; in fact books that discuss significant awards etc are even better references. If you've got anything please say so. I have good sources for The Press on my bookshelf and have just written a section on ownership for that publication. Schwede66 03:22, 5 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]
