Because this article should explain what a song festival is and have an encyclopedic entry about it. At the moment it is just a short list of song festivals. So the title list of song festivals is more appropriate. Andries (talk) 19:09, 15 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The current article is a disambiguation page and so it's title is appropriate because it is intended to point users to articles which they are likely to be looking for.
