Query on ce in the lead

[edit]

@Visioncurve: Hello and thanks for copy editing the article. I had a doubt in mind over the term "thought to be authored..." used in the lead. As the authorship of the book is well documented in many sources and claimed to be authored by Bhoja. Would it be appropriate to rephrase the wording from "thought" to "claimed" or "attributed", as "thought" implies 'act of thinking' whereas, many commentators have deliberated on this and have concluded on this and have claimed or attributed the book to be authored by Bhoja. I would like to know your thoughts on this. Regards. Santoshdts [TalkToMe] 06:46, 27 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@Santoshdts:, hi there. I hope you are safe and sound. Regarding your question, actually, yes, I initially wanted to use your phrase of "claimed to be authored", but then I decided to pour through host of primary and secondary materials to undertake a comprehensive study into this work of art. Interestingly enough, I found out that a handful of men of letters prefer to use "thought to be authored" phrase regarding Bhoja's authorship of Sringara-Prakasa. But if you think the other phrase suits better, I will re-phrase my sentence a bit later. Cheers! --VisioncurveTimendi causa est nescire 07:17, 27 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
