Arsonists all part of Partisan Movement?

The lead lists perpetrators as both 'partisan movement' and a list of actors from far-left to far-right. It's not clear that the list of arsonists all fall within the scope of the 'partisan movement'. Actors may be anti-war but not partisan. Intro should probably read partisan and anti-war movements.
