Why not the English name?

[edit]

@Gilabrand: hi. Compare with the enWiki article Herzliya Hebrew Gymnasium / Herzliya Gymnasium. The equivalent would be Rehavia Gymnasium or maybe Rehavia Hebrew Gymnasium if the sources support it. The former version receives many, the latter just a few Google hits. An Avner Falk book on Agnon published by Brill has it as Hebrew Gymnasium of Rehavia, which sounds to me like a more articulate translation, but has no other Google hits. Gymnasium of Rehavia, so the same but w/o "Hebrew", also appears in Prof. Ephraim Katzir's bio at the Weizmann Institute website (here). It started as the "Hebrew Gymnasium in Jerusalem" (see Nava Dekel & Ruth Kark article). "Gymnasia" is Hebrew for gymnasium, no need to use the Hebrew word in the enWiki article except as an "also known as" and a redirect. Arminden (talk) 17:27, 11 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I see the articles about serious people like Judge Eliezer Goldberg and Mossad head Nahum Admoni already have it as "Hebrew Gymnasium Rehavia". Arminden (talk) 17:43, 11 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
