Drug Addict Reference

[edit]

Where does the reference come from that in an earlier version of the script Prince's character was to be a drug addict? --John T. Folden 01:50, 10 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Where was the cover art image produced?

[edit]

I was wondering where the photo was taken location wise where Prince was on the motorcycle. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 207.224.67.69 (talk) 20:34, 21 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

A cult film?

[edit]

Cult films are movies that are either not critically or financially successful yet they gained a dedicated fan base. As for Purple Rain, yes it was probably well-recieved by fans. But the film was a success both critically and financially. 98.119.155.81 (talk) 00:03, 2 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Box office discrepancy

[edit]

The infobox says it made "$68.4 million" at the box office, while the opening section says it "grossed more than US$80 million at the box office." Which is correct? 69.42.17.116 (talk) 05:58, 22 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]
