Disambiguation

This should not be a redirect; it should be a disambiguation page. In addition to Instructions per second, a measure of a computer's processing speed, it could also be referring to intellectual processing speed in humans as measured on intelligence tests. Processing speed disorders are common in 2E and ADHD populations, and can also occur among adults with dementia. When I get around to writing an article I'll change this to a disambig page, but I don't want to do that now because red-links are frowned upon in dab pages.
