Photo request: Just about all of them! Any pictures of wine regions, grape varieties or wine would be useful. In particular we need wine region maps that can be licensed for Wikipedia.
More details of the New World wines would be good. Has anyone seen any good DNA data on the origins of the Spanish or South American versions? If any exists, there would be a case for splintering the South American version to another article. FlagSteward10:57, 15 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
What is a "criolla variety"? Is it a local clone? Is it the same name applied to a different grape? Is it just a generic name for "locally-grown grape of unknown provenance"? etc. It would be useful to have a clear definition. --Macrakis (talk) 19:50, 13 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
"In the whisky industry the taste of the Pedro Ximenez is very sweet." in the section about 'Other Uses' seems to be missing a word or inserted sub-sentence. Could be "regarded", "seen as" or "often described as", probably only the original contributor will be able to say what message that sentence really should transport. --5.146.47.110 (talk) 21:57, 21 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
