Legend

[edit]

@DLManiac: Greetings! Regarding this revert...what did you find objectionable about it? I found it a bit weird that there were two charts, one for letter + color but not meaning, and one for letter + meaning, but none for color + meaning. The meanings in the first chart are not accessible on mobile devices, because they are hidden by the {{abbr}} tag, and the whole first chart is too wide to fit on a mobile screen without horizontal scrolling. If you didn't like that the meanings were colorized, we could do something that only colorized the letters, like:

W Won tournament

To reduce size, we could also eliminate the letters that aren't used, including W. -- Beland (talk) 00:21, 27 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

let me look around abd find one we can copy over that solves all these problems (which I agree there are problems). I still think something that is horizontally oriented is fine - as the table is oriented horizontally as well. I mainly saw the very tall legend to distract from the value od the table. Ok so I've moved one over that commonly appears on other darts pages (I took this one from Michael van Gerwen. You've brought up a great point with the ABBR problem on mobile, and this will probably be something to consider on many other dart pages that use this same style. There are also plenty more accessibility problems with these tables in general that I think could be fixed... It's at the end of a long list of things I have. My apologies for my revert being less helpful!DLManiac (talk) 20:24, 27 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
That looks tidy; thanks for your help! -- Beland (talk) 04:45, 28 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
