"Due to the political instability of the period, the political boundaries of Germany as they existed in 1937 were used for the work." Meaning what? Why would the dictionary need to specify the boundaries of Germany? Does it mean that if you search for Vratislavia, it'll tell you it's Germany rather than Poland?
