[edit]I'm all for Wikipedia having as many interesting articles as it can support, including obscure historical figures...but this article is no Bio, its only about I-25 and her mission. Does anyone have any info on the man? Otherwise, maybe his name is best left in the other articles about those carrier sub missions.
