Title

[edit]

No one calls this movie "Prince Nezha's Triumph Against Dragon King" . . . he's not even a Prince. It should be "Nezha Conquers the Dragon King".static shakedown 19:49, 27 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Cannes did. Do you have a source for your claim? Lugnuts (talk) 08:00, 28 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The most recent DVD of the film titles it Nezha Conquers the Dragon King, as do Google. On Cannes' website it is titled only by the transliteration Nezha Nao Hai, there's no record there of them calling it Prince Nezha's Triumph Against Dragon King. The only other English title I can find that it has been released under is Little Nezha Fights Great Dragon Kings, which videos and TV broadcasts of it in the UK in the 1980s were titled. The case for Nezha Conquers the Dragon King looks far stronger to me: at the very least, that is what the film is most frequently called in English now. --Tempjrds (talk) 00:19, 10 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
