Merge with Autonomica

Since 2010, Autonomica has been completely merged with its parent organization, operating under the single name Netnod. This article should be merged with Netnod Internet Exchange i Sverige or at the very least be updated to reflect this. Reference: [1]. This was originally posted to Talk:Autonomica, but after reading the merger process, this --- as the intended destination --- seems to be the correct page.
