Could NK012 be Onivyde - unlikely

Could NK012 be Onivyde : "On October 22, 2015, the FDA approved irinotecan liposome injection (Onivyde)" [1] ? - Rod57 (talk) 03:25, 12 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

It appears they are different. Onivyde encapsulates irinotecan, while NK012 encapsulates SN-38. Further, NK012 got orphan drug status after Onivyde was approved, which I think indicates a separate development pathway. --HighFlyingFish (talk) 07:22, 24 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
