Bachelor's degree?

[edit]

The article mentions McWherter's J.D. from Vanderbilt, but it doesn't say anything about a bachelor's degree. I'm pretty sure that most ABA-accredited law schools require applicants for J.D. programs to hold a bachelor's or be on track to earn one; setting that requirement may even be a prerequisite for achieving ABA accreditation. (The few if any ABA-accredited law schools that still award the LL.B. may be different, but that's not at issue with respect to this person.)

Anyone know where he got his bachelor's?
