Clarity and NPOV

This article seems decent, however a few of the sentences are confusing and some clearly biased. An example of this is the description of the road plan as "terrible" under controversies. I'm not an expert on the subject but I'll do some research to improve the article. Furthermore the phrase "in the midnight" is used twice however its meaning is unclear. If he had almost a hundred trees cut down over a two year period, are we to believe that all the trees were cut down at midnight? Mr john luke (talk) 13:24, 6 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
