Where did you find information regarding a movie version? I looked and am a little surprised for a movie that is suppose to be out in less than a year I can't find a single thing. -anon.

There is no film version being made. It's not listed anywhere. I fixed the page.

Expand

[edit]

This article could be expanded quite heavily. It might be pertinent to note more about the father, Matt Roloff, and his filmography. I heard he was one of those little furry guys in Star Wars. Not a Wars fan, can't remember the name, sorry. --jeff

Unoriginal material

[edit]

This is basically a carbon copy of the TLC article describing the show at TLC, so it should probably be reworded and cited. Swakeman 22:27, 7 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

The page you link to is no longer available. Ghost writer's cat (talk) 02:13, 6 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Images

[edit]

I've written to TLC in the hopes of getting permission to use some images associated with the show. Don't wanna run afoul of any copyright issues.  : ) --cholmes75 20:14, 16 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Jacob's accident

[edit]

Apparently Jacob was involved in a pretty serious accident over the weekend, and was taken to a local hospital. A few people have mentioned it, but the problem is that this article is more about the actual TV show than the Roloff family. Therefore unless a connection to the actual show can be made, this information doesn't really belong. --cholmes75 (chit chat) 22:16, 30 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Abnormal height

[edit]

Why is Molly described as abnormal height? It sounds much more degrading then above average, and continuity would say that if Jacob is average height, then Molly being above average would fit. --Puckeater8 02:45, 2 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The article was vandalized for a few moments. I think you caught it during that time. She should be listed as of average height. Tony Fox (arf!) 03:00, 2 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hey I changed Zach's height - he is a friend of mine and he's grown a lot this year - he is now taller than Amy. An example of this is his LP friend Jen is 4'1 and Zach is a few inches taller (check her myspace for proof). :)

Matt Roloff DUI

[edit]

Please note that as of right now, this article is not the proper place for the details of Matt Roloff's DUI arrest in June. That's because this article focuses on the TV show and not the personal lives of the Roloff family. The exception is if something in their personal lives is shown on the program. The DUI information is in the Matt Roloff article. I have had to undo the addition of the DUI information a number of times already on this article, and will do so until we have information that it will be covered on the show. --cholmes75 (chit chat) 20:54, 31 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I just saw the previews for the next seasons, and it looks like they are going to cover Matt's DUI. Claystorm (talk) 02:18, 11 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Opening sentences

[edit]

Does the iTunes download statement really need to be in the opening statement, let alone the article? Josborne2382 07:23, 21 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

William "Bill" Brogden

[edit]

I know nothing about this topic but can I suggest that someone investigates this odd-sounding addition about "William 'Bill' Brogden" by Special:Contributions/Ryguy2303 (apparently also using IP Special:Contributions/68.5.188.156). (Note that the majority of edits from Ryguy2303 are vandalism of one other article.) Open4D (talk) 17:56, 7 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Article

[edit]

One of the family was asked about the report cited. Maestro05 (talk) 07:12, 25 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Which report? Ghost writer's cat (talk) 02:25, 6 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

TLC's premature announcement of show's ending

[edit]

There are three sources cited for this statement, which is overkill. One cites and links to the (invalid) TLC announcement and nothing else, so it's irrelevant. The one to Entertainment Weekly, which actually contains TLC's announcement text, is no longer available, but there's an archived version, so I'm replacing all three with it. The Futon Critic goes into other information about the show, which might be valuable source material for some other point someone wants to make in the future, so I'll post it here: http://www.thefutoncritic.com/news/2010/08/26/tlc-confirms-the-final-season-of-little-people-big-world-37163/20100826tlc01/ Ghost writer's cat (talk) 02:20, 6 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Seasons not properly defined?

[edit]

There are historical references in the media from 2010 referring to the SIXTH season. The original Wikipedia article on the seasons had dates that would have lined up with that, but they were changed at some point and now 2010 is listed as the TENTH season. It confuses all the references and quotes. Ghost writer's cat (talk) 03:09, 6 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
