Country column

[edit]

I added a column for Country name. Mostly works, i think, although separating the State out would be nice, too, though much more work. I don't see any point in wikilinking all of the country names, a bit excessive. --Machina.sapiens (talk) 08:30, 19 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Title

[edit]

This really should be called "modern" and not "contemporary". Contemporary is a relative term (which I realize is often used as a synonym for "modern"). In the context of pages that are listed things according to some chronological criterion, we should either specify the time period or, if we mean simply "in existence right now", we should say "modern". — Preceding unsigned comment added by Eponymous-Archon (talkcontribs) 23:04, 10 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Came here to say this. "Contemporary" should mean they were all built at the same time. —Tamfang (talk) 17:29, 31 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

U.S. States To Do

[edit]

Anybody who wants to contribute to this article can just look up the amphitheatres for the following U.S. states that haven't been done yet: Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota, West Virginia, Wyoming --bhludzin (talk) 12:10, 27 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Table Issue

[edit]

For a reason I was unable to determine, Williamsburg lines up under Location in the table, with it's City box filled with the amphitheater name, and the Name box empty. I tried to fix it, but nothing in the code itself actually seems amiss. Counterfit (talk) 01:01, 18 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Amphitheater in East River Park

[edit]

Needs to be taken off this list. Once based in New York City, it's been demolished. Jacobin 357 (talk) 12:53, 19 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Removing now. The amphitheater was demolished in December 2021.--FeralOink (talk) 00:13, 23 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
