I have renamed and restructured these articles - so we now have a formal Levantive article, North American article and a start of one for Mesoamerica. :: Kevinalewis : (Talk Page) 12:45, 20 March 2006 (UTC)
Hi Kevinalewis- I know very little about this, and thanks for your article. Question: Does Wikipedia have a standard for archaelogical date? You use BC/ BCE / AD/ BP. Question 2: on New Zealand, you have Archaic period (AD 1000 - 150)... I take it this should be (AD 1000-1350)? Thanks! I'll wait for a reply. --209.128.81.201 22:18, 14 April 2006 (UTC)

Southeast Asia
[edit]Thailand's Ban Chiang (archaeological site) earliest grave was about 2100 BC, the latest about 200 AD, but I don't know of any systematic labeling of archaic periods for the region. --Pawyilee (talk) 12:57, 27 September 2011 (UTC)
East Asia
[edit](East) Asia is lacking detail. Yangshao and Longshan cultures not mentioned and neither is Chinese Bronze Age (Xia and Shang). 83.249.105.199 (talk) 03:30, 5 June 2012 (UTC)
