World of Tanks

[edit]

Should not be included as a "simulator". It is an arcade game.

No moderators looking in on this article? Must be the only one!

[edit]

I don't even mind the alternate history/fantasy WW II titles included here. But there are SO many obviously -not- WW II titles listed here that maybe the article title should be changed. Or maybe the article originator should comb through and update out all of the addle-pated nonsense cluttering the article.

Removed Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 from the list

[edit]

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 contains no references at all to WWII, and its plot is set in modern times. --Jacoby308 09:23, 30 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Should Rise of Nations be in this article?

[edit]

Should Rise of Nations be in this article? While you can aquire technology from WWII it is not a "WWII game" should it be deleted? --Caleb09 01:51, 19 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Most definitely shouldn't be there. If you want to add it, the civilization games would have to be included, along with the Empire Earths and others. I have to say any game here should FOCUS on WWII. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 65.95.25.249 (talk) 03:53, 3 January 2007 (UTC).[reply]

Should Turning Point: Fall of Liberty be in this article?

[edit]

Should Turning Point: Fall of Liberty be in this article? The game is based on a alternate history of World War 2, But the alternate history isn't to far off since in the game it's set in the 50's against North America. The only thing is that it's suggested World War 2 ended anyway, and the war in the game is just another war afterwards. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 206.45.70.108 (talk) 03:29, 12 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Turn Based Strategy Section

[edit]

This section is in pretty bad condition. Quite a few games don't even have a stub article, and at least one link is broken. Uncommon Valor redirects you to a movie with the same name. 99.242.178.160 (talk) 05:32, 26 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

How is Close combat / company of heroes classified as real time strategy?

[edit]

As far as i know close combat has turn based strategy decisions and real time tactics action, should it be moved in the other section? The same seems to apply to company of heroes. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Pier4r (talkcontribs) 09:07, 31 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Should those v.scrolling shooting games be listed?
