The person about whom the page is created is a noted Carnatic Musician from South India and is very famous among followers of Carnatic Music.

Carnatic music is a classical music art form that has its roots in Southern India and has a wide following in that region and in several places around the world that have a significant South Indian diaspora.

Lavanya is a famous carnatic singer who has given hundreds of music concerts around the world and is from an distinguished family of musicians as indicated in her Family section.

She is also a well-known public figure for her several television appearances in Tamil TV Channels (Tamil is one of the largest South Indian languages) - a list of her television appearances is also included in the page.

The article contains references to indicate the significance of the person.

There are news articles from reputed news agencies from India mentioned as references to show that the singer is quite famous in the world of South Indian classical music and that she comes from a very illustrious musical lineage consisting of celebrated personalities in the field of Indian classical music and film music.

The youtube videos are trailers of the singer's ongoing daily television program in a popular Tamil Television Channel - Makkal TV. This has a wide viewership in Tamil Nadu, India and also several parts of the world with Tamil speaking population.

I have added additional news article references of this public figure from 'The Hindu' and 'The Mumbai Mirror' which are leading news agencies in India.
