This article reads as if it were written by the Jillian Becker fan club. How about a bit of objectivity? 109.148.210.43 (talk) 15:50, 9 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

the article was clearly started and coined by someone who has a close connection to the article's subject.––Severino (talk) 10:07, 20 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Well the most prolific editor here is Becker herself]] (see the above connected contributor template). I've tried to trim the article, but I'm not the best at this. Graham87 07:28, 7 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
I've started a discussion at the conflict of interest noticeboard. Graham87 10:25, 7 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Dear Mr Pearce - I note that you have removed my recent edits saying you don't trust me. I have no idea why! Please explain. I think the Eve Arnold connection is important because it is so hard to get first hand accounts of women who excelled in their fields from the 20thC. Eve Arnold was a wonderful photographer and a pioneer. If Mrs Becker was a close friend and they supported each other it is surely interesting that two such notable people had an affect on the world - both women, one by pictures the other by words. If you have some reason for undoing my edit, please explain. I am not being combative and I am not in a fan club. I just think Wiki is about collaborative effort with ojbectivity and judgment and if you kill my edits, I would like to understand why. I think your feelings that you are suspicious of me are not really enough and a little upsetting as I am as valid a judge as you. Do correct me if I am wrong by replying here. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2A00:23C7:828E:8D01:D44E:97B9:E00E:C89E (talk) 18:30, 7 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I have one question and one question only: what is your relationship with Jillian Becker? Wikipedia articles are based on what reliable sources say about a person, not on what they write about themselves and the others around them. Graham87 00:18, 8 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
