Supporting statistics is in regards to atheism treatment=

[edit]

The supporting statistics cited is in regards to apostasy, not a specific atheism treatment by islamic indonesian, so i dont see the point on writing it.i suggest removal of that section, or repalce it if someone can find specific islamic indonesian view on atheism statistic can be found. benefits enjoyed by a married, religious woman

[edit]

"Atheism in Indonesia particularly affects married women: a non-religious woman does not enjoy many of the benefits enjoyed by a married, religious woman.[7]"

What does this mean? The footnote gives no page in an unavailable book. The comment itself is ridiculously vague and utterly unconvincing. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2A01:E35:2E06:77B0:799E:EBDD:41C2:8DC3 (talk) 00:11, 11 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Merger proposal

[edit]

Transclusion from Talk:Irreligion in Indonesia:

There is a request posted at Wikipedia:Proposed mergers for the merger of Atheism in Indonesian law into this article (Irreligion in Indonesia). Your input welcome below. GenQuest "Talk to Me" 16:07, 14 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I believe a merger would be appropriate as it covers the law and the subject as a whole. Dwanyewest (talk) 19:01, 14 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
They are not very good articles (and do not cover the subject very well at all they suffere from recentism), so merging the two and also Indonesian Atheists - might make a better single article. satusuro 09:37, 28 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Rename or not to rename

[edit]

I think the article should be renamed Irreligion in Indonesia to cover subjects such as Humanism an Agnosticism as well rather than focus on just atheism. Dwanyewest (talk) 01:50, 30 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Buddhist and Hinduism

[edit]

These are two groups of Athiests that are permitted in Indonesia, oddly they are permitted non-theistic religions. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 120.21.60.99 (talk) 17:39, 24 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
