Contested deletion

[edit]

This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because he's the composer and songwriter of the MoonKnight TV series soundtrack.

@Fragrant Peony: For the record, your rational doesn't establish notability as set forth by the General Notability Guideline (WP:GNG) or by Wikipedia:Notability (people). Compounding this issue is the fact that this article has been deleted twice before, and while yours is just different enough to dodge the speedy deletion criteria, I'm quite certain it will not survive another round at AFD. As much as you and yours don't want to hear this, it is still WP:TOOSOON for a biography on this man by Wikipedia standards as I judge them. Try and dredge up more notability, because if that doesn't happen then it'll be off to afd - again - for what will very likely be summary deletion on grounds of failure to demonstrate notability. Thank you TomStar81 for cleaning this up. InfiniteNexus (talk) 14:33, 5 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Fragrant Peony, TomStar81, InfiniteNexus, per Creative professionals in Wikipedia:Notability (people) this composer is notable - critical acclaim is well established among peers and critics throughout North Africa and the Middle East, and if deemed necessary, hopefully FP or anyone else will be willing to provide additional refs - on closer inspection I noticed that Google has numerous articles on him and his work, and it shouldn't be a big of a problem to select among these a couple of premier outlets - say, BroadwayWorld, or Forbes, Starburst etc. (Broadwayworld alone has several articles that talk about of or mention this guy).--౪ Santa ౪99° 00:13, 17 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
