1760 grain harvest

Difford's Guide here describes the 1759 harvest as "bountiful" and says that a bill was passed to restore distilling in March 1760. This does not align with the article content:"Thomas Dakin built his distillery on Bridge Street in Warrington in 1760, although poor grain crops that year meant that he did not distil his first gin until the following year."
