"Back"

The article says "Burundi was planning to bring back its capital to Gitega". "Back"? The word "back" suggests that Gitega had been the capital previously but this is never stated. Does the article need to discuss an early period as capital, or does the word "back" need to be removed? Largoplazo (talk) 03:43, 6 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
