Elijah

[edit]

I changed the title Elijah Harassed by a Crow to Elijah Fed by the Raven, the title used on the National gallery page for that painting. A quick Google search shows that this Wikipedia page and pages that copied its text are the only places where the title “Elijah Harassed by a Crow” appears, and it seems to be obvious nonsense in the context of the story of Elijah (see 1 Kings 17). But if anyone knows a reason why the painting should be known as Elijah Harassed by a Crow, please provide the evidence and revert the change. Cbaile19 (talk) 22:54, 12 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

No, you're obviously right. The wierd thing is that this gaffe or joke has been in the article since 2006, & was introduced by a serious editor, although one whose native language was Italian. Johnbod (talk) 23:49, 12 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
