Further development

[edit]

Not sure how much detail to go into regarding the various Frank & Sader building occupancy & renovations, so I'll list here.

In 1999, credit card processing firm Cardworks assumed one floor of the Pittsburgh Smithfield F&S building, followed by a second floor, with an option on a third.[1] In July 2012, the six-story store was under consideration for extensive remodeling, or replacement by a high-rise tower development.[2]
