Contested deletion

[edit]

This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because... (your reason here) --Dimlyus (talk) 15:27, 7 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

This is a wiki entry about the company. The content will be expanded and continuously edited. The entry does not contain any promotional information and is meant for information purposes only. There are entries about other companies and I don't see a reason for deletion of this one.

The article should be deleted. As written it is not worthy of Wikipedia, and is indistinguishable from a press release.
a. Phrases like "vision of" and "visionary leadership" do not reflect NPV.
b. Focus areas are not in themselves noteworthy. Significant accomplishments are.
c. The article as written does not supply contextual information about where the company sits in its field. Notable is lack of any reference to competitors. Esnickell2 (talk) 06:37, 20 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Well, there's a process for that. It's called WP:AfD. So should you feel strongly, you may certainly nominate it for deletion, and see what comes of it.

Company has ceased operations

[edit]

I read in SpaceNews yesterday that this company has ceased operations. I've updated the article to reflect the change, with citation.

The article is now an historical or legacy article on a defunct US company. It still needs a bit of work to be a good article on an historical company, so feel free to update/improve accordingly. Cheers. N2e (talk) 17:28, 6 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I was affiliated with the company described in the article. Here are published and publicly available materials/records that cover most of the information currently described in the article:

Thanks Dimlyus. Sources from news articles etc. are always helpful in ensuring verifiability of Wikipedia articles. I'll try to take a look at these links sometime and see how they might be used to support statements in the article, or perhaps material that could be added based on any new reliable sources. Cheers.
