CG effects

[edit]

Can someone who's seen the movie add a little bit about the CG effects? I browsed here from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Timeline_of_CGI_in_film_and_television and it would've been nice to know a bit more about where it fits.

Fair use rationale for Image:Death Becomes Her poster.jpg

[edit]

Image:Death Becomes Her poster.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 00:30, 3 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Plot summary

[edit]

I've aggressively trimmed the plot summary from over 1000 words to jsut over 650. --Tony Sidaway 19:16, 27 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Is it you then who did a good job overall but then left two long paragraphs describing in great detail the last 5 minutes of the movie? It doesn't really make sense, besides it being a complete spoiler in the meantime... Dollvalley (talk) 23:00, 26 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted scenes

[edit]

Could we add a section about the many deleted scenes? The trailer features some of them. Dollvalley (talk) 21:30, 26 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Elixir trope

[edit]

The consequences of drinking a potion or elixir of life is also explored in Ainsworth's Auriol (novel), Hoffmann's The Devil's Elixirs, and Stevenson's Strange Case of Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde. 92.3.58.33 (talk) 12:55, 8 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Are you suggesting the article should mention those? If so we'll need a reliable source that discusses the matter. DonIago (talk) 18:11, 20 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

2029

[edit]

@MovieAddict0313: please explain how adding this to the plot summary is necessary and/or increases a reader's understanding of the plot, given that the summary already indicates how many years have passed. You have added this to the point of edit-warring over it, so it seems you must feel strongly about it. Thanks. DonIago (talk) 18:43, 1 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned references in Death Becomes Her

[edit]

I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of Death Becomes Her's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

I apologize if any of the above are effectively identical; I am just a simple computer program, so I can't determine whether minor differences are significant or not. AnomieBOT 10:32, 12 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
