References to John Constable

The references to John Constable's 'self promotional activities' and 'wilful reinterpretation' seem to be taking a deliberately provocative or combative tone. I would propose to edit the section to moderate these, if no-one has an objection, to simply state that Constable associates Cross Bones with the entry in Stow's work.
