Need to be more specific

This article is quite sloppy in distinguishing between skaters representing a country in international competition, and competing in that country's national competitions. For instance, I do not believe that Galit Chait ever represented the U.S., although she did compete at U.S. Nationals. More generally, the article needs to say something to the effect that the ISU only cares about international competitions, that competing in different countries' national competitions doesn't affect the skaters' ISU eligibility to compete, and that each country makes its own decisions about who is eligible to compete in their national competitions. You are absolutely right. I corrected the entry on Galit Chait to say that she competed in US nationals, but never in an international competition for USA.--Nitsansh 22:49, 16 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
